BRENNAN BAART

Over the last 13+ years, Brennan has worked in the real estate industry in various capacities. He started back in 2007 buying and flipping residential properties in Alberta and has since gone forward to create a massive shift in how people think about real estate.

In 2008 he started working towards a deeper understanding of how creative financing applies to the real estate industry and has since taught others how to apply creative real estate to their portfolios.

Today (and hundreds of successful real estate deals later), Brennan has built a massive portfolio of properties all over Western Canada and is actively expanding his portfolio to include land development opportunities.

STEPHEN HODDER

Despite being the youngest member of our management team, Stephen is a successful & accomplished entrepreneur in his own right.

He now manages a team that helps to expand the horizons for Beachview Properties and forges new business development opportunities in Huatulco, Akumal, and beyond.

After successfully selling Phases One and Two, Stephen has proven that this Canadian belongs on the beach.

DERECK STEVENS

Dereck has a Commerce degree focused in entrepreneurial management and is the master of relationships both in Mexico and at home in Canada.

He’s got an extensive background in sales and networking, which has led him to build a vast network of colleagues and friends from many different industries all over Canada, US and Mexico.

Dereck was an instrumental part of selling Phases One and Two, and continues to foster relationships and develop partnerships to help make sure that Beachview can grow, expand and thrive.
